He is responsible for Process improvement, Quality improvements, Technical up gradation, New product developments, implementation of various Modern quality concepts like 5’s, Kaizen, Lean managements, TQM, TPM, etc., and also for implementation of ISO- 9001 ( Quality Managements System) and ISO- 22000 ( Food Safety Managements System)
