	Name : Hema Sanjay Maniar Age : 49 years Designation : Proprietor Qualification : B.Sc (Food & Nutrition) Experience : 8 years Brief Role She handles and looks after the research department. She is mainly into inventing new recipes according to the domestic as well as international market demands. She also takes care that the nutrient values in the finished goods are up to the international standards and are maintained. She is responsible for finding out new methods in increasing the shelf life of our products while maintaining the quality of the product. She is the in charge of the production of the unit and is the decision maker in deciding the shifts and working hours of the production unit. She also looks after the procurement of the raw materials required for the production.

(Mechanical) Experience : 8 years in food business, 20 yrs in machine tools business Brief Role He heads the marketing department which includes exports as well as domestic & Finance Department. Being a technical person, he looks after the packaging of the finished product. He also is responsible to find out newer ways in innovating our packaging considering the latest technology of the market. He attends international exhibitions for promoting our product internationally and decides on various mediums to promote our company. He conducts various market surveys through his personal visits in various countries. All strategies and decisions pertaining to sales, exports, imports, promotions, brand registration comes under his purview. He also looks after the company’s website development activities and also is responsible for availing the benefits under various Govt. incentive schemes. He also is the decision maker for the products marketed under private labeling.
